Construction
HMEP Contracting LLC undertakes diversified turnkey construction projects with
in-house capabilities for specialized jobs in the field of General Construction and
Electro- Mechanical Engineering. The sphere of its activities includes industrial,
commercial, institutional, high-rise residential & luxurious villa complexes and
sewerage projects.
Contracts
HMEP Contracting LLC and its staff have a vast experience in executing large and
medium sized projects on a turnkey basis including electrical and mechanical
installation, operation and maintenance of commercial and industrial buildings
and plants including but not limited to power generation, water and sewage
treatment, chilled water systems and low voltage systems.
Electrical
To supply, Install, Test & Commissioning the followings:
– Bus Bar System, main Low Voltage Switch gears, Sub main DB’s, Control Panels, Wiring & Cabling, Cable tray, Ladder & Accessories, Light Fittings, Parking and Drive Way Lighting, Lighting Protection System, Structured Cable, Telephone, Computer System, Explosion Proof Wiring, Control Wiring, Emergency Power and Sound System, Low Voltage Lighting and Dimming System, Load Calculation Shop Drawings according to DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, ETISALAT, JAFZA regulations & standards or any other Authorities.
Plumbing
To Supply, Install, Test & Commission using high quality of materials and equipments for the followings:
– Under Ground, Above Ground, Internal and External Works; including Hot and Cold Water Systems, All Kinds of Pipes and Accessories, Cast Iron, Copper, Stainless Steel Pipes & Fittings, Plastic Pipes and Fittings, Clean Out, Floor & Roof Drain, Grease Trap, Fuel Tanks, Cold and Hot Water Tanks, Heaters, Coolers, Water Filtration System, Irrigation System, or any other Plumbing & Drainage Service Connection using a high quality of materials according to DEWA, JAFZA regulations & standards or any other authorities.
HVAC Systems
To Supply, Install, Test & Commission complete range of Central A/C System including Chillers, Chilled Water System, Pumps, Ducts, AHU, FCU and ventilation
Fire Alarm System
Our expert team is dealing with installation of fire alarm, emergency light and voice evacuation system along with the other smart system at per the latest DCP standard
